AiP Beroun, s.r.o.

100%-owned subsidiary of AiP where all AiP's activities in the field of digitizing rare documents and electronic publishing have been relocated in 2000. From the very beginning they collaborate with the National Library of the Czech Republic to implement a project on digitizing manuscripts, old prints, maps and other material of historic value. The project is a part of the worldwide UNESCO Memory of the World programme. AiP Beroun also focuses on electronic publishing (it produces the Czech National Bibliography on CD-ROM and online, Universal Decimal Classification, BiblioMedica, Czech Trademarks etc.) and full-text indexing software Tornado.
