ProQuest One Business: What You Need For Your Academic Research

This session explores the basic search using main source types, evaluating if a source is suitable for your interest and how to choose which sources to include in your library search and load it in your research using folders. Search behaviours differ according to users’ expertise in information retrieval and knowledge about the given research topic. There are some commonalities that allow us to develop a set of behavioural archetypes for novice and casual researchers using the ProQuest Platform features.
During the session the following objectives will be used as guidelines:

• Use NAICS / industry terms and business subjects
• Discover essential information through Company and Industry Overviews
• Acquire and differentiate the company and industry reports
